一方发起，让对方输入六位连接码。两端核对同一组确认词，各自确认彼此，再确认共同的问题。之后各自写答案；等双方封存后，答案一起揭晓。

会话自创建起约 45 分钟后到期，或可能被一方主动结束。到期后不能继续加入。尚未到期时可等待网络恢复或重新打开当前页面；请先确认双方使用的是同一次会话、同一组确认词。

清除浏览器数据、关闭标签页或重新安装 App 可能丢失本机凭证。不要通过邮件或公开链接分享会话安全凭证；支持处理通常只需要使用时间和问题类型。

如果显示双方已屏蔽或当前安全身份被暂停，请不要反复尝试连接。可通过下方邮箱提出核实请求。屏蔽依赖匿名安全身份，无法保证识别换设备或清除数据之后的同一个人。

iOS App 可免费下载。需要发起问题或创建会话的人，购买一次终身发起权限；加入、阅读并接受对方的问题、回答和共同揭晓免费。网页延续现有使用方式。价格以购买前 App Store 的地区显示为准。

在 App 内的设置或购买页选择“恢复购买”，使用原购买时的 Apple 账号并保持联网。完成验证后恢复发起权限。商品暂不可用时，可以稍后重试；伙伴的免费加入路径仍可使用。

请勿在支持邮件中发送 Apple 账号密码或付款凭证。付款、退款与 Apple 账号问题由 Apple 对应服务处理；功能未解锁问题可联系运营者，说明时间、App 版本和系统提示。

双方都封存前，参与者看不到彼此的答案；管理员可依据隐私政策访问已提交内容。服务使用 TLS 传输，不提供端到端加密。不要把“对方暂时看不到”理解为只有你能读取服务端提交内容。

不会自动建立本机对话历史。揭晓后需要由你主动选择保存或导出，再在系统目标中完成保存。服务端的新普通会话正文按到期机制清理，但已经导出的文件由你管理。详细留存范围见隐私政策。

打开当前会话内的安全入口。选择“举报并结束”会提交举报原因和可选说明、保存处理证据、屏蔽当前对方并停止双方连接；选择“屏蔽并结束”只建立屏蔽并结束；选择“结束这次同启”不建立屏蔽。

举报正文证据最多 30 天可供授权处理，到期拒绝访问并自动清理。普通会话正文与旧记录的不同留存规则见隐私政策。

系统会拒绝部分明显不适当的文字。过滤并不完美，你可以用清楚、尊重对方的表述重试，或举报已经收到的内容。管理员会核对举报、记录处理结果，必要时暂停被举报匿名安全身份的发起与加入能力。

One person creates a session and gives the other the six-digit code. Compare the same verification phrase on both devices, confirm each other and agree on a question. Write independently. Once both answers are sealed, they appear together.

A session expires about 45 minutes after creation, or can be ended by a participant. You cannot join an expired session. Before expiry, wait for the connection to recover or reopen the current page. Check that both devices are in the same session and show the same phrase.

Clearing browser data, closing a tab or reinstalling the app can lose local credentials. Do not email session credentials or put them in a public link. Support usually starts with the time of use and issue type.

If the message says a pairing is blocked or your safety identity is suspended, do not keep retrying the same connection. Email the operator below to request verification. Anonymous identity blocking cannot guarantee recognition after a person changes devices or clears data.

The iOS app is free to download. A person who wants to start questions or create sessions buys lifetime initiation access once. Joining, reading and accepting a question, answering and mutual reveal are free. The website keeps its existing usage model. The App Store shows the actual regional price before purchase.

Choose Restore Purchases in app settings or the purchase page. Use the Apple account used for the original purchase and keep the device online. Access is restored after verification. If the product is temporarily unavailable, try again later; free guest entry remains available.

Do not send Apple account passwords or payment credentials in support email. Apple handles its payment, refund and account services. For access that did not unlock, tell the operator the time, app version and displayed message.

Participants cannot see each other’s answers before both have sealed. Authorized administrators can access submitted content under the privacy policy. Connections use TLS, not end-to-end encryption. “Hidden from your partner” does not mean only you can read submitted content on the service.

No on-device conversation history is created automatically. After reveal, choose save or export and finish saving to your chosen system destination. New ordinary session text follows expiry cleanup on the server. Files you already export remain under your control. See the privacy policy for the full retention scope.

Open the current session’s safety controls. Report and end submits a reason and optional details, keeps review evidence, blocks the current partner and stops the connection for both people. Block and end establishes blocking without a report. End session stops the connection without blocking.

Report text evidence is available to authorized reviewers for up to 30 days; access is refused at expiry and automatic cleanup follows. Ordinary session text and earlier records have different retention rules in the privacy policy.

Some clearly inappropriate text is rejected automatically. Filtering is imperfect. You may try respectful, clear wording or report content you received. Administrators review reports, record outcomes and may suspend a reported anonymous safety identity from starting or joining sessions.
